heart in sinus

Dad's heart went back into sinus rhythm this evening around 4:00! That basically means that his heart is back into the rhythm that it's supposed to be in, which is great news! since his heart has been in atrial flutter basically since the whole ordeal started. So praise for that!

We're still very concerned about his brain swelling, and how that's affecting his brain stem, and the midline in his brain. Please continue prayer that the swelling will miraculously begin to go down with no neural deficit.

I just wanted to say thank you from all of your dad's friends & coworkers at Boeing. We've all been very concerned about his condition and eager for updates. I know this has got to be a very difficult time for you guys, so we appreciate your creating and regularly updating this blob. Our thoughts and prayers are with you, your dad, and your family. I'm definitely sending him all the good healing vibes that I've got!
Take care & God bless,
Cherie Weaver

I am glad to hear that he is doing better. Your dad is a very determined man with a lot of life left to live. The road to recovery might be long, but I have no doubt that he will make a full recovery.

Hello to each of you at Ed's bedside. We are from Columbine United Church, and wanted you to know that prayers have gone out from every corner of the church, asking for courage, for patience, for kindness and love, and for guidance for the doctors hands as they continue to minister to Ed. Marian and Ed are unique people and we just wanted you to know they are in our prayers. It's so hard to watch a parent go through this, isn't it? Thanks for the blog. We'll read it daily. Aloha and Blessings,

I send you and your family my prayers and love for Ed's recovery. I am shocked to read all of this (which was well written by the way, way to go!) It looks like he has been through a tremendous amount and so have you as the family supporting him. I carry you all in my thoughts and will follow this blog in effort to stay connected. Thank you for taking the time to keep us all in the know. Much love, Jessie (Dick and Cathy's daughter)

Kristy: Thanks for letting us know about this blog. It will help not only to keep Dave & I up to date, but also provide a good way to keep Chuck/Jaye & Greg/Lynda updated as well. We're continuing to think often of all of you. Aunt Barb
